What is required to be HBDI® Certified?
Becoming a HBDI® certified practitioner requires the completion of a four day HBDI® certification workshop and completion of pre and post workshop assignments.
Each workshop participant receives:

- Two HBDI® Pair Profiles
- Four Business of Thinking® Program Modules (Start Thinking, Thinkabout™ Teams, ThinkAbout™ Communicating, ThinkAbout™ Your Customer/Client) with facilitator’s guide, a sample participant guide and Power Point slide deck
- One Herrmann® Walk Around Pad 8 ½ X 11
You have the option of going directly through HBDI® for enrollment or you can be sponsored through an HBDI® certified practitioner.
