ASSESSMENT OPTIONS
HBDI
The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) is a tool for the physiological assessment of thinking preferences aiding in cognitive development. It assists us in understanding individual styles and preferences to situational circumstances, including conflict resolution, problem solving, communication, creativity, decision making, learning styles and more.
The HBDI profile requires a certified practitioner who administers and debriefs the results and then interprets and applies your profile results to your questions, stress triggers or other personal or team hurdles.
Center for Creative Leadership
When you want to receive feedback from a number of different sources—your boss, board of directors, peers, direct reports, and other influential colleagues—the gold standard approach is to use a 360-degree assessment.
There are different types of 360-degree assessments offered, which require administration and facilitation by a certified professional credentialed through the Center for Creative Leadership.

CPP
CPP is a leading developer of assessment tools that are published globally. The CPP assessments assist in individual and organizational development in the following areas: leadership development, executive coaching, team building, conflict management, career exploration, selection, and retention.
Many of the CPP assessments require a certified practitioner to administer and deliver the assessment feedback. I am certified to use:
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument (MBTI)
- Strong Interest Inventory
- Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation (FIRO-B)
- CPI 260
