Assessments We Use

Executive - Leadership - Career
What do you see with assessments?

Does it sometimes seem like you and your team members are speaking different languages? A variety of factors influence team communication, including varying individual learning styles and cultural norms. Understanding and leveraging these group and individual dynamics is a key asset of good leadership.

However, sometimes even the best manager needs a reliable adviser to help pinpoint and solve internal issues.

We are experts at assessing organizations and at utilizing simple techniques to create breakthrough results.

Our assessments include the use of several industry standard tools, including Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Benchmarks, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), which creates a common framework for working through issues that cause stress and loss of productivity.

The results enable us to identify issues and craft strategies for improvement in many areas, including:

Decision making

Conflict resolution and problem solving

Leveraging team capabilities

Career exploration

Communication Effectiveness

Learning challenges

Individual/group diagnosis and intervention

Communication Effectiveness

Interviewing skill development

Developing personal self-awareness

The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) is a tool for the physiological assessment of thinking preferences aiding in cognitive development. It assists us in understanding individual styles and preferences to situational circumstances, including conflict resolution, problem solving, communication, creativity, decision making, learning styles and more.

The HBDI profile requires a certified practitioner who administers and debriefs the results and then interprets and applies your profile results to your questions, stress triggers or other personal or team hurdles.

Lynn led workshops to help our sales team sell more effectively by better understanding each clients HBDI thinking styles. By knowing that and their own thinking style, they were able to tailor their approach to help improve trust and communication. Later we used the same approach very effectively to build a new leadership team. In both cases, Lynn was able to get great engagement and help us make lasting improvements
