About Lynn Dessert
Lynn started her executive coaching and consulting business in 2001 after a 17- year career in human resources and line management. She supports new managers to senior executives through executive coaching.
Drawing on her extensive experience and training, Lynn developed The Contagious Leader experience – a leadership change initiative for creating a coach-based organizational culture. As leaders become more proficient in coaching their own groups, communication soars – positively impacting organizational results.
As a career coach, she helps executives face and overcome career derailing traits. As a result, she enables them to move into company cultures that support their strengths. Finally, up and coming managers seek out her guidance to accelerate their development in managing others and their careers.
As a mentor coach, she supports new and seasoned coaches improve their coaching skills and prepare for ACC and PCC (re) certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In her early years, she served as vice president of Human Resources. Her experience spans executive coaching, world-wide succession planning, leadership training, and management development.
