About Lynn Dessert

Lynn began her entrepreneurial quest in 2001 after a 17- year career in human resources and line management.

Her multi-industry experience in best practice Fortune 1000 companies includes:

• AlliedSignal (Honeywell International)
• The Quaker Oats Company (PepsiCo)
• Bausch & Lomb Inc.
• Engelhard Corporation
• The Kroger Company

One of the major benefits of her wide variety of assignments is her ability to bring creative thinking to business solutions.

Lynn previously held such positions as Vice President, Human Resources, where she provided coaching to executives and managed world-wide succession planning, training and management development.

Since beginning her own businesses, Lynn has successfully delivered high quality solutions to the Education, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, High Technology, Chemical, Professional Services, Technical Services and Manufacturing industries. She has also developed and delivered programs world-wide on the subjects of Leadership Development and Behavioral Sales Training.

As a personal coach, Lynn helps executives face and overcome career derailing traits, enabling them to move into company cultures that support their strengths. Up and coming managers seek out her guidance to accelerate their development in managing others and their careers. Lynn received a B.A. degree in Social Work from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio in 1981. She continued her education in an accelerated graduate program at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio earning an M.B.A Management concentration in 1983.

While at AlliedSignal she was selected and successfully completed the high potential rotational program for human resources leaders.
